- FULL PAYMENT to the Conference Secretariat of SSEM2026 must be received in order to confirm your registration. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the Conference Secretariat at event@ssem.hk.
SSEM2026 会议秘书处必须收到全额付款，才能确认您的注册。会议前未收到确认通知请电邮到 event@ssem.hk 与会议秘书处联系。
- Please note that registrations without payment will not be accepted. For administrative reasons, online registrations and payments received after 23 October 2026 (noon, Hong Kong time) will not be processed.
请注意，大会将不接受未付款的注册，于2026 年 10 月 23 日（香港时间中午）之后收到的注册和付款将不予处理。
- All bank charges should be borne by participants. Complete registration fee must be received by the Conference Secretariat.
所有银行费用需由参与者承担。会议秘书处必须收到完整的注册费。
- By participating at SSEM2026, you grant the organizer the right to use your personal data for the purposes of processing the registration and handling relevant matters relating to the SSEM2026. The personal data may be provided to authorized parties involving personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, sponsors and the service providers.
通过参加 SSEM2026 ，您授权主办方使用您的个人数据，用于处理注册和与 SSEM2026 相关的事宜。个人数据可能会提供给授权方，涉及人员、代理人、顾问、审计员、承包商、 赞助商和服务提供者。

| F. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 取消和退款政策 |
- If, for any reason, the Organizer, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held, or the Organizer venue becomes unavailable, the Organizer may cancel or postpone the Conference. In such event, the Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, damage, loss, increased costs, or other unfavourable conditions arising by virtue thereof, and participants waive all or any claims for loss, expense or damage against the Organizer arising there from.
如主办方因不可抗力因素或场地限制导致会议被迫终止，主办方可取消或推迟会议。主办方不会负责因相关情况而引至的延误，损坏，损失及所增加的成本。主办方不会作出任何索赔。
- No cancellation is accepted once your registration is confirmed, however you may transfer your registration to a replacement delegate at NO extra charge latest by 30 September 2026. No transfer will be accepted after this date. The full name and details of the person who will replace you must be advised in writing to event@ssem.hk prior to the meetings.
一旦您的注册得到确认，将不接受取消，但是您可在 2026 年 9 月 30 日之前将您的注册转移给其他代表。此日期之后将不接受任何转移。必须在限期之前将代表的全名和详细信息以书面形式通知 event@ssem.hk。
- No refunds will be made for no show at the conference.
如参加者没有参与会议，参加者将不获退款。

| G. HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY |
- All rates are on per room per night basis, inclusive of 10% service charge and free Wi-Fi.
- Upon making the hotel reservation via the online registration system, full payment will be deducted from your credit card or should be arranged by bank transfer.
- For enquiry on pre/post stay/ other room request, please contact the Conference Secretariat at event@ssem.hk.
- Failure to comply with final payment requirement would result in automatic cancellation of reservations.

Amendment or cancellation must be by written to Conference Secretariat with the following terms:

- No refund for any no show booking.
- Hotel room rates in US Dollar are for reference only. Payment will be transacted in Hong Kong Dollar.
